Fashion blogging is a huge job. There are so many areas that need to be covered and so much that goes into a post before you actually hit the publish button. Everything from developing ideas, content creation, writing, streamlining your social media channels, photo shoots and editing, communication and collaborations, the list goes on! (and on and on)… Not to mention how the industry constantly changes. It’s hard to keep up with this fascinating, ever evolving new world. I know you hear me blogging babes!

Ruffles are so cool. They add volume, dimension and create a dense texture when layered. They are artistically blessed and visually stunning when draped or strategically placed. Although ruffles do add size, flattering silhouettes are achievable and give a really high fashion element. I don’t know about you but I am BUSY. BUSY, BUSY, BUSY, BUSY, BUSY. Did I mention BUSY? I know you all are too. Can I just take a moment to say how awesome all you mummas and working girls are out there are? You guys are absolute legends and deserve a medal for what you do on a daily basis.
This is an old favourite jean of mine that is getting better over time with its growing knee rips and distressed patches. It’s on trend with a high waist, freyed hem and is literally a perfect grey tone which works with so many beautiful colour palettes. How pretty are they with the pink, ivory and black! I have a few pairs of ripped jeans that I wear season after season and I’ve become really attached to them. It’s almost like they become a part of your little denim family and every extra rip is like another milestone of quality wear and tear!
Trainers, sneakers, kicks…whatever you like to call them, this particular species of footwear is super cool right now. And I mean UBER cool.
Gone are the days when your plain white and green Dunlop Volleys were strictly for the school yard or Sunday tennis with the neighbors. Today’s trainers are at “next level” status and they keep rising up and up in the fashion stakes.
