C/Fan… It just sounds cool.   I love their strategically placed snippets of  “do fur right”.   A casual street-style look suits me well for busy days on the run with the babies.    Perfectly comfortable grey ripped jeans, some Rag & Bone sneaks and a shoulder bag make life easy.

Speaking of being on the run.   We’re moving house next week.   I completely forgot how much of a mission moving house is.    Arggggh!   So short and sweet for today.

Love to you all xxxx

summer chic

Fast becoming one of my favourite labels, this voluminous soft cotton voile dress by Enza Costa has been a recent wardrobe staple.   If it’s a little longer than you would like, try hitching it up – it’s a cute look and nice to show a bit of leg.

This is pure easy dressing at it’s best.   Throw a printed blazer over your dress for a touch of chic, add some summer sandals and matching accessories and voila!

neat and tidy

I love this little outfit, it’s so clean and chic/neat and tidy.   It all started with these little leather shorts which I’m kind of obsessed with at the moment.   I built from there with a collared lace sleeveless shirt and added the printed silk and knit crew.   I tossed up between some strappy stilettos and a pair loafers…the loafers won for me in the end but the heels were equally effective and a touch more dressy.   Throwing a blazer over your shoulders always works and gives your look a little edge.

As for the little bun…I’m loving a little bun right now!

button down

It’s finally getting cooler on the coast, so here comes the opportunity to layer up and show your flare through subtle prints and textures.   I just love this little cashmere sweater over a printed button down and you can’t go wrong with a knee length blazer in your colour of choice.   Keeping the sandals going for as long as possible before we are consumed by winter!

I really love the transition time between seasons.   It allows you to wear either spring or fall, with layering a must to deal with the unknown – be it an unexpected cool breeze, or a random punchy hot day.   The transition is not too hot and not too cold, in preperation for the extremity that lies ahead.   Whatever your hemispherical seasonal placement (in our case an Australian winter) brace yourself girls…here it comes!
