one dress two ways

So I had this chic little black dress to wear the other day, but could I decide what to wear it with?   Of course not… It was either the grey trench and mules, or the leopard lunchy and ankle boots.

Okay, let’s just call this what it really is…baby brain.

Super tired… Exhausted even.   So can’t think.   All I can say is how cute is this little Enza Costa jumpsuit? And perfect back with this chic little white blazer. I love it!

Very excited for my baby shower on Saturday however.   It’s a blue theme…   Will post some pics for you!

Love to all xx

palazzo style

We did this shoot a while ago for a feature on new fashion blog no one, no more by super talented duo Tane Miering and Joseph Willis of Joseph Willis Photography.    Love working with these two!

We were lucky enough to shoot at Palazzo Versace on the Gold Coast for the morning and this Black Halo jumpsuit was the perfect piece to lay across the luxurious day beds and meander through the lush green gardens of the hotel.   I teamed it with a Virginie Castaway blazer and finally used my Valentino Red bow bag in one of my outfit posts!

The heels are Alexander McQueen and my jewellry consists of Michael Kors ring and watch, Nicholas, Vita Fede and Marc by Marc Jacobs bracelets and Colette by Colette Hayman earrings.

Check out Tane and Joseph’s blog, it’s a great read with loads of gorgeous images and endless fashion inspiration!

Bye for now xx

lover mesh

It’s party season!   And we all know that means organising a few special frocks to get us through the holidays.   This gorgeous white dress by Lover is really lovely, with it’s mesh detail and weighty embroidered body.   It falls correctly and is a good balance between sexy and sweet.   I’ve paired it with some soft accessories like this nude patent leather clutch by Yves Saint Laurent and suede sandals by Nicholas the Label.  I couldn’t go wrong with these Celine sunglasses and Chan Luu beaded earrings add that party touch.   The coat is by Virginie Castaway and jewellry is a J Crew bracelet and Rachel Zoe statement ring.

The Lover dress, Celine sunglasses and Chan Luu earrings are available from the Janine Edwards Boutique, call +61 7 5591 911 for enquiries or to view some of the other gorgeous party dresses on offer.

Christmas and New Year are just around the corner and it’s very getting exciting!   Have to say I’m quite impressed with myself this year, 95% of my Christmas shopping is done and it’s a nice feeling not to be stressed or running around last minute.   Having a three year old who is in full Christmas swing certainly makes it interesting.   Filling Santa’s sack took a lot of thought however and he gets all the credit…not so sure about that!   xx

black & white

This was a simple OOTD that we shot early one morning on our recent trip to New York and it made the fifideluxe cut!   Layering was required as it was a tad chilly and this Hunky Dory knit saved me many times over (I think I wore it every day as a layer).   In this post I’m wearing the most amazing leather dress by Joie (it’s as soft as butter) and classic Virginie Castaway cream blazer.   Thigh highs were on my shopping list, so when I tried these Stuart Weitzman boots on they were definitely coming home with me.    I also picked up this great Zara bag which is turning out to be a fabulous little purchase.
